II. New features/bugs fixed:

  Changed in 7.5.0
  o Fix Bug #497; "(1 2)" no longer crashes FMSLogo.
  o Fix Bug #382; WINDOWFILEEDIT no longer crashes if the file cannot be read.
  o Add a Spanish translation of the manual to the Spanish FMSLogo.
